Self-government of the Krobia Commune Two organs
The Town Council and the Mayor are elected by inhabitants of the commune for a 4-year term office. The election is:

The Town Council in Krobia
The legislative and decision-making body, which sets: • local by-laws, • passes budgets • inspects their execution • decides on local taxes and charges on the grounds of existing legislature and adopts resolutions on property rights.
The Chairman and two Vice-Chairmen are elected by councillors form themselves. The Council controls the activity of the Mayor of the Krobia Commune and the municipal organisational units via an audit committee. The Town Council elects from among its members permanent committees and ad hoc committees for special purposes, determining its subject matter and personal composition.
The Mayor of Krobia Commune The executive body, • manages the Krobia Town Hall, • directs the work of his deputies, the secretary and the treasurer, who are responsible for administrating specific municipal issues designated to them by the Mayor. • Represents the Krobia Commune externally • supervises the city finances, endorsing the tasks specified in Article 60, paragraph 2 on Municipal Government • governs regulatory orders in emergency situations • supervises the work of the managers of municipal units and other district inspectorates and services
In his administrative role as the Office Manager,
• supervision and organization of work and lawful conduct • human resource policies • supervision of the work of the Deputy Mayors, the City's Secretary and Treasurer and other office employees
